crab and wasabi for spicy waffles
Here is some delicious
crab
waffles
made
with
spelt flour and
oat
bran. They are deliciously crispy
and
lightly
spiced
with
wasabi .
I
used wasabi powder for a better distribution
in
the preparation. The taste is
not
very
strong, do not hesitate to force a little the quantity
of
wasabi. Oat bran
tends
to
absorb
the
flavor of spices.
If you did
not
use powder, use of the paste and mix
well
in
the yogurt before adding to the ingredients.

with a wasabi mayonnaise

flour
Spelt
semi-complete

oat
bran
1 packet of baking
powder without phosphate
2 eggs
A
soy
yogurt
2 tablespoons poppy
seeds
1 tablespoon wasabi powder
1
can of crab
few sprigs fresh
cilantro
Sauce
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1
tablespoon
vegetal milk
a
little
wasabi
paste according to your taste
Mix all ingredients
and keep in
the fridge until serving
Heat your waffle pan.
Mix
the
flour,
oat bran
and baking powder.
Add poppy seeds and
wasabi
powder.
Then
add
the
eggs
and
yogurt.
Mix
well.
Finally,
the crab meat and coriander.
Lightly oil pan
with
a
brush and make waffles.
Serve with the sauce
