Cake au saumon fumé et manouri
For 1 cake
150 g spelled flour
3 eggs
10 cl of vegetal milk
10 cl olive oil
1 coffee spoon of baking powder
150 g smoked salmon
120 g manouri (Greek cheese)
a small bunch of basil
In a bowl, mix the flour with baking powder.
Add eggs, milk and olive oil.
Chop the basil and add it with smoked salmon, cut into small strips and manouri diced or grated.
Pour into a cake mold.
Bake in a hot oven 180 ° (th.6) for 40 minutes
Wait 15 minutes before unmould.
