Cake au café et à la cardamome
160 g flour (80 g integral flour)
110 g of raw cane sugar
2 large eggs
2/3 * pot of cold coffee
1 tablespoon coffee extract
a few cardamom pods
1 / 2 jar of olive oil
1 coffee spoon of baking powder
Beat eggs with sugar until the mixture turns white.
Preheat oven to 160 ° (th.5).
Sift flour with yeast. And add the mixture.
Peel the cardamom pods and crush them.
Then add the coffee and oil, coffee extract and cardamom.
The preparation should be fairly liquid.
Pour into a buttered and floured pan (unless flexible mold) and cook for 40 minutes. Here I used the big round
individual Flexipan molds, I made 4.
Wait while the cake is completely cooled to unmould.
