Bouchées de thon
Bouchées de thon
For twenty mini-muffins
1 small can of natural tuna
50 g of tomato concentrate
60 g oat cream or other vegetal cream
4 eggs
some chopped basil
½ shallot chopped
salt and pepper
Mix all the ingredients. Put into small cups (here mini muffins).
Cook approximately 15-20 minutes at 160°C (th 5/6)
Serve fresh
Accompany them with mayonnaise or present them on a bed of salad to spices.
Here with a mayonnaise with some soy yoghourt or a little vegetale cream.
