delicious healthy cookies
another contest game for Marie and Sandra "les bons goûters de maman" ending on October 15th.
Here a little cookies with lots of good things in it: the almond puree, hazelnuts, cashew nuts, a little flax and poppy seeds and chocolate chips. They are quite crunchy, as we prefer them at home.
Cookies aux pépites de chocolat,
Chocolate
chip cookies,
milk or wheat free
80 g spelt flour
80
g rice flour
100 g of complete cane sugar
80 g almond puree, complete
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2
tablespoons toasted and ground hazelnuts
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
2
tablespoons poppy seeds
50 g cashews just
crushed
1 large handful of chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 180 C. degrees (th. 6)
Mix the flour, baking soda with sugar.
Then
add the almond puree, egg, vanilla. Mix.
Then add the ground hazelnuts, flax seeds and poppy seeds.
And finally, cashew nuts and chocolate chips.
Take balls with a teaspoon and place on a Silpat or parchment
paper. Flatten slightly. They
do not spread much.
Cook for ten minutes.
Let cool on rack.
