almonds, coffee and chocolate for a savourous gluten free cake
Almond, coffee and chocolate cake
cake aux amandes et pépites au café,
gluten & milk free
For a 20 cm mold
1 soy yogurt
1.5 jar of complete rice flour
1 jar fresh almonds
1 teaspoon of baking powder
2 good tablespoons of complete almonds puree
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 small espresso
2 eggs
1 good handful of chocolate chips
Heat oven at 180° (th.6)
Dry toast the almonds in a pan and grind them.
In a bowl, put the rice flour, almond powder with the baking powder.
Add the beaten eggs with the yogurt and coffee. Mix well then add the oil and almond puree.
Pour into mold and bake for 30 minutes.
Let cool a moment before removing from mold.
