Almond and chocolate pallets, gluten free
180 grams almonds, finely chopped
70 grams ice sugar
2 tablespoons agave syrup (or honey 3 tablespoons)
3 egg whites (100 g)
30 grams of rice flour
vanilla
50 grams good chocolate
Roast the chopped almonds.
Mix then all ingredients to smooth dough.
Preheat oven to 175 ° (th.6).
Take small amounts of dough with a tablespoon and drop on a canvas silpat or lightly greased baking paper.

Melt chocolate and cover one side of pallet with it.
