Marbré choco pistache,
gluten & dairy free
yoghurt cup is the measure
1 yoghurt cup rice flour
1 yoghurt cup pistachio roasted and ground
1 yoghurt cup sugar cane unrefined
1 yoghurt cups vegetal milk (rice or almond or soy)
2 eggs
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 yoghurt cup of vegetable oil (olive for me)
Preheat oven to 180 degrees (th.6).
Mix the flour, pistachios, sugar and baking powder.
Add the eggs, then milk and oil.
Pour half the preparation in a buttered pan (or flexible mold).
Add the chocolate to the rest of the preparation and mix well.
Pour into pan.
Cook for 25 minutes.
Wait 10 minutes before removing from pan.
