seeds and figs for a delicious crunchy palet
the idea of these treats comes from Nanou whom took the idea in the last Regal. I changed the recipe a bit and I prefered the small rectangles presentation. And added a touch of sweet with raisins and dried figs that are great with cheese.

Croquants aux
graines et figues au romarin,
Crunchy fig, seeds
and rosemary palets,
naturally gluten and dairy free
2 egg whites
4 tablespoons of
ground flaxseed
6 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
3
tablespoons poppy seeds
6 tablespoons sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon gomasio
2 tablespoons
rosemary
2 tablespoons ground hazelnuts
2 tablespoons golden raisins
4 dried
figs, cut into small pieces
Preheat oven to
180 degrees (th. 6)
Mix all ingredients and spread on a Silpat
or parchment paper
Bake for ten minutes.
Cut into rectangles.

well in a tin box wrapped in parchment paper
