my oat bran muffins with poppy seeds
Oat is now recognized to be tolerated for gluten free diet but if you are sensitive, this recipe is not for you.
Muffins
au son d'avoine et pavot
Oat
bran muffins with poppy seeds
dairy and gluten free
120 g
of oat bran
20 g complete rice flour
1 pack of baking powder
220
g of soy yogurt
3 eggs
3 tablespoons poppy seeds
Preheat
oven to 200 °C (th. 6-7).
Mix all ingredients with a whisk.
Fill
fingerprinting (here small tarts) and bake for 15 minutes.
Turn out and
cool on rack.
It keeps several days wrapped in a paper bag.
After the first day, they are better toasted
