Cramique
For 2
500 g fine flour T45
1/8 l vegetal milk
2 eggs + 1 small yolk
50 g complete sugar
50 g of fresh baker's yeast
100 g of non-hydrogenated margarine, softened
120 g raisins
Put the flour in a bowl, dig a hole.
In a small bowl, put the warm milk, yeast and a little sugar
Cover and wait a little yeast works.
Incorporate the flour then gradually add the eggs and remaining sugar, then add margarine well soften
Work the dough well until a homogeneous mixture.
Let it rise for 30 minutes in a warm place.
Add the raisins and let it rise for another 40 minutes.
Meanwhile you have prepared in a bowl, an egg yolk with 1 tbsp of milk. Mix.
You brush the cramique before putting it in the oven.
Bake in a hot oven at 200 ° (th.7-8) for 50 minutes.
