Cookies Neiman Marcus

Thanks to Estelle for the real Neiman Marcus recipe

114 g soft margarine
220 g flour
1 large egg
200 g brown sugar
3 tablespoons sugar
1 / 2 teaspoon of baking soda
1 / 2 teaspoon of baking powder
1 / 2 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 1/2 tablespoons coffee espresso powder
360 ml of chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 140 ° (th.4-5).
In a bowl, beat soft butter and sugars until mixture is well ventilated, 30 seconds to 1 minute depending on your drummer.
Add egg and vanilla extract and beat 30 seconds.
Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda over another bowl and add the mixture to butter / sugar.
Mix slowly until flour is barely incorporated (20 seconds). Add espresso powder and chocolate chips and add with the spatula. The dough should be soft.

Cover a large baking sheet of paper.
Using a tablespoon, drop small pieces of dough on the plate, leaving 2 to 3 inches of space between.
Flatten the pile with the back of the spoon and bake until edges of cookies begin to get brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool on a wire rack and enjoy warm, with a large glass of (vegetal) milk.

Note
These cookies will keep for several days, preferably in an airtight container to keep them slightly moist. If you prefer crisp, let them out and you will be served.
