Cake léger aux poires et cardamome

150 g spelled flour
70 g sucanat or rapurda sugar
3 eggs
3 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon baking powder phosphate-free
3 large pears
1 tablespoon cardamom powder
few green cardamom unshelled pods, crushed with a mortar

Beat eggs and sucanat until mixture doubles in volume.
