Brioche à la cardamome

500 grams of wheat flour T55
1 tablespoon yeast
50 g sugar
125 g of cream (soybeans or oats)
100 g of warm milk (rice or almond)
3 small eggs
1 tablespoon ground cardamom
1 tablespoon cardamom fresh crushed in a mortar
2 tablespoons of orange blossom
1 pinch of salt

Mix the yeast in warm milk.
Put flour in a bowl and add milk, sugar and eggs, salt and cardamom.
Mold.
Add cream.
Let rise 1/2 hour in a warm place.
Re mold and put it in a mold covered with a cloth for 1 hour
Brush bioche with the beaten egg with a little water.
Bake for 30 minutes in a hot oven 180 ° (th. 6).
