Gâteau Maury
Thanks to Trinidad
120 grams of powdered sugar
150 grams almond powder (or better, toasted and mixed whole almonds)
75 grams of vegetable non dairy margarine, soft
3 large eggs
Mix all ingredients.
Pour into small cup cakes or double quantities for a large model of cake pan.
Cook 20 to 25 Minutes 180° (th 6). Wait 10 minutes and let them cool on a cooling rack
