Baba au rhum

3 eggs
150 g sugar
125 g flour
50 g of non-hydrogenated margarine (soften)
1 pinch of salt
3 tablespoons vegetal milk (almonds or rice)
1/2 pack of baking powder

Mix flour sugar + flour + salt.
Add eggs, then margarine reduced in cream.
Stir with yeast and milk.
Pour into a flexible mold or greased pan.
Bake for 30 minutes oven (max 180 °)
Remove.
Make a syrup (1 /2 liter of warm water, 100 g sugar, vanilla sugar and 9 tablespoon of rum).
Moisten the cake when unmoulded and still warm with syrup (in the hole of the cake and above).

To serve, you can decorate with fruit in syrup or vanilla custard (in the center of baba)
Serve fresh.
