Home Gomasio
I’ve always said that the best gomasio was
undoubtedly Jean Herve’s and especially the “of the sea” one, really tasty.
In Belgium, Luna’s is also rather successful. A good mix.
But do it yourself is really very easy and also delicious.
It should be 10% salt compared with sesame.
The gomasio is delicious everywhere instead of salt: salad, fish or grilled
vegetables, soup ...
Home Gomasio
100 g of sesame seeds
10 g good salt (Guérande for example)
Grill dry sesame seeds in a frying pan or wok.
Grind the seeds in a mortar and add salt
